Welcoming Pablo González as a Partner at LECA Solutions

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Pablo González as a Partner at LECA Solutions. Pablo brings with him an impressive career of 22 years in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. For 11 years, he honed his expertise in consultancy as Principal in IQVIA, providing valuable insights to its clients, building the Spanish consulting business from zero and leading the development of consulting teams in the South European region (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Greece and Middle East).

Subsequently, he spent another 11 years in key leadership roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, 8 of them as Senior Commercial Director (Marketing and Sales), where he played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s success and had to face many challenges such as the launch of both Respiratory and OTC businesses, the COVID pandemic and two restructuring processes to make the company sustainable for the future (2018 and 2022). He was responsible for Generics and OTC (280 million euros in gross sales and a team of 130 professionals) and in other periods both Generics and Specialty businesses (400 million euros in gross sales and a team of 250 professionals). During his leadership, Generic sales increased by 28% and profit by 77%.

Pablo’s ability to navigate both the consultancy and pharmaceutical sides of the industry is a testament to his versatility and unique perspective. This dual experience positions him as a valuable asset in our team, offering insights that bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

Educational Background

Pablo earned his Management Engineering degree from the Comillas Pontificial University (ICAI) and completed an Executive MBA program at the IESE Business School (University of Navarra). His educational background has provided him with a solid foundation for analytical and problem-solving skills.
