The main roles in our organization
Intern
Gain firsthand exposure to the world of consulting.
You’ll work directly with consultants on a team of other interns helping with real client work.
Your mentors will teach you the basics of our consulting toolkit, including how to conduct research, run analyses, and interview, which will prepare you to problem-solve and succeed in practically any role.
Analyst
Learn how to work directly with our clients— some of the world’s most innovative companies— and manage discrete pieces of the analysis.
You’ll learn to tackle complex business problems and to manage client relationships. We’ll also help you gain mastery of our full consulting toolkit, which helps you identify what’s most important and propose solutions.
Consultant
As a consultant, you’ll get to lead cases, which means leading others. We’ll train you until your consulting toolkit reaches a point of “unconscious competence,” at which point you can apply it to oversee increasingly complex analyses.
You’ll learn strategies for developing zero-defect materials, to manage experts and associate consultants on cases, and to build enduring relationships with clients.
Senior consultant
Achieve high-quality engagement performance in complex projects without a clear methodology. Projects must be delivered meeting client deadlines and expectations.
As a Senior Consultant you will need to be able to lead a team, exhibit accountability, communicate effectively, and create and encourage innovative solutions
Engagement manager
Engagement managers play a crucial role in building strong and lasting relationships with clients. They exercise informed business judgement.
They typically manage a portfolio of complex accounts and serve as the point of contact for these accounts. They also assist clients with ongoing projects and help them address issues and problems.
Principal
Principals are vital in managing client relationships, overseeing projects, and identifying business opportunities.
They act as the main liaison between consulting firms and clients, evaluating needs, creating proposals, and maintaining strong relationships.
They stay informed about market trends, drive innovation, and contribute through problem-solving methodologies and publications.
